What ORTOO is

ORTOO, operated by Story9 Ltd (UK), is a free service for drivers. You tell us who you are and where you are; we pass your details to member delivery companies hiring in your area, and they take it from there. That is the whole service.

To be completely clear:

We are not your employer, and we are not the employer for any role you may be offered. Any work arrangement is between you and the delivery company
We do not guarantee you will be contacted, offered work, or hired
Drivers never pay us anything. The service is free for you

Member delivery companies

Membership for delivery companies is governed by a separate agreement between the company and Story9 Ltd.

Acceptable use

When you use ORTOO, you agree to:

Give honest, accurate answers about yourself and your eligibility
Only register on your own behalf, not for someone else
Not misuse the service, for example by submitting fake registrations, scraping the site, or attempting to access other people's data

We may remove registrations that look fraudulent or abusive.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we are an introduction service: we are not responsible for the conduct of delivery companies, the accuracy of what they tell you, or the outcome of any application, interview or work arrangement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, such as liability for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make significant changes, we will say so on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
